We are pleased to provide assistance to customers wishing to connect to the transmission system in AltaLink's service territory. AltaLink will work with customers to answer their questions while providing guidance throughout the interconnection process. AltaLink's Client Services team is available to answer questions about the interconnection process at 403 267-4255.

We recognize that connecting to Alberta’s transmission system may seem complicated for many customers. Our job is to help customers make sense of the interconnection process by providing guidance, assistance and expertise every step of the way.
