2014 Most Admired Corporate Culture Award
We're happy to announce AltaLink has been named one of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures in a national program presented by Waterstone Human Capital.
"AltaLink's mantra is to ‘keep the lights on'. To give their employees ‘the power to live, work, and play'. They are customer-focused with solid values, which permeates their culture and resonated with our board," said Marty Parker, CEO of Waterstone and Chair of the Canada's 10 program. "They have exceptional financial, customer and delivery results, and are truly committed to building a strong culture and developing great people. We are proud to have them as part of the 2014 Canada's 10."
"We are delighted to be nationally recognized for our corporate culture. It is something every AltaLink employee has worked very hard to build and maintain," said Scott Thon, AltaLink president and CEO. "Our team has grown significantly in the past few years and we will continue to invest in building our culture through the wellness, growth and safety of our employees. The return on that investment is clear; our ability to best serve our customers is tied to the engagement of our employees."
