We are proposing to relocate approximately 16 kilometres of the existing 197L transmission line, which is located approximately one kilometre east of Stavely in the Municipal District of Willow Creek, along Township Road 142.
This transmission line has reached the end of its lifecycle and needs to be replaced as part of AltaLink’s ongoing maintenance program. This project will ensure that the area continues to have a reliable source of electricity for years to come.
