The proposed project involves equipment upgrades at the existing 502S Shell Waterton Substation located at SE-24-4-1-W5M, in the Municipal District of Pincher Creek, approximately 12 kilometres northwest of the Hamlet of Twin Butte.
The proposed substation upgrade includes removing an existing transformer, installing one new transformer and adding or modifying associated substation equipment.
