The proposed project involves equipment upgrades at the existing Duchess 339S Substation, approximately 1.5 km west of the Village of Duchess in the County of Newell, NW-31-20-14-W4.
The project involves removing a faulting switch and replacing it with a 138kV circuit breaker.
