The proposed project involves constructing a new telecommunications tower at the Horse Creek Substation in NE-16-26-4-W5, approximately one kilometre north of the Town of Cochrane. This will include removing the existing 33.5 metre tall telecommunications tower inside the substation, and installing one new self-supporting tower.
