Enerfin Energy Company of Canada Inc. (Enerfin) has requested a connection to the transmission system for its proposed Winnifred Wind Project. To facilitate this connection, Enerfin is proposing to construct a new collector substation and transmission line which will connect to AltaLink’s existing Bullshead Substation. AltaLink is seeking to upgrade the Bullshead Substation to accommodate the connection.
