TC Energy is proposing to build a new substation as part of their Saddlebrook Solar and Battery Storage Connection. To connect their proposed substation to the grid, AltaLink needs to build a new transmission line and install a new fibre optic cable.
TC Energy’s proposed Saddlebrook Substation is located in Foothills County, approximately six kilometres north of the Town of High River in NW-31-19-28-W4.
