Solar Krafte Utilities Inc. (Solar Krafte) requested a connection to the transmission system for their proposed Brooks Solar Farm. To facilitate this connection, AltaLink had proposed to construct a transmission line, operated and maintained by AltaLink, to connect Solar Krafte’s proposed new substation and solar farm to the electric system.
