To accommodate Rohit Group of Companies (Rohit’s) upcoming construction project, AltaLink is proposing to relocate a portion of an existing 138 kilovolt (kV) transmission line called 712L. The project is located in the City of St. Albert, south of Highway 633 in NE-1-54-26-W4.

To accommodate the new traffic circle, AltaLink is proposing to modify its 712L
transmission line by:

• replacing four structures on the line with six new structures
  

• relocating 400 metres of the line around the traffic circle
