Pegasus Lake Substation, located in Woodlands County, approximately 18 kilometres north of the City of Whitecourt in NW-35-61-12-W5.

The proposed upgrades include:
• replacing one existing 69/25 kilovolt (kV) transformer with one new 72/26.5 transformer and associated equipment
• replacing one existing 69 kV circuit breaker and associated equipment
• minor substation equipment upgrades
