To connect Enerfin’s Big Rock Solar Connection Project to the grid, AltaLink was
proposing to upgrade its transmission system. The project was located in Foothills
County, approximately 14 kilometres northwest of High River.

AltaLink was proposing to construct a new 138 kilovolt (kV) transmission line, modify
existing transmission lines, upgrade and expand an existing substation and install a
new telecommunications tower.
