To connect Enerfin’s Big Rock Solar Connection Project to the grid, AltaLink is
proposing upgrades to its transmission system. The project is located in Foothills
County, approximately 14 kilometres northwest of High River.

AltaLink is proposing to construct a new 138 kilovolt (kV) transmission line, modify
existing transmission lines, upgrade and expand an existing substation and install a
new telecommunications tower.
